[Tweet](https://twitter.com/share) ![TUV-Rheinland-JP-UK-Flag-Image](https://insights.tuv.com/hs-fs/hubfs/JP-Images/MAS_Map_icons/Flags/TUV-Rheinland-JP-UK-Flag-Image.jpg?width=300&name=TUV-Rheinland-JP-UK-Flag-Image.jpg)英国政府は、企業のUKCAマーキング対応準備を支援するため、産業界と幅広く連携してきました。そこで、2022年6月13日付けで、UKCAマーキング対応を容易にできるよう、いくつかの対策を発表しました。主な内容は次の通りです。 ●再試験・コストの削減 EU適合性評価機関での評価を必要とする製品が、2022年12月31日までにCEマーキングの適合性を満たしている場合、UKCAマークの貼付が認められます。認証書の有効期限、または5年間（～2027年12月31日）のいずれか早い方まで認められる予定です。これにより、企業のコスト削減が可能となります。   **UK****CA****マーキング  更新されたスケジュール** ![UKCA2022July_5](https://insights.tuv.com/hs-fs/hubfs/UKCA2022July_5.jpg?width=1060&name=UKCA2022July_5.jpg) ● 既存輸入在庫の再試験の必要性を排除 2022年12月31日までに英国に輸入されたCEマーク貼付の製品は、英国で既に販売されたものとみなされるため、UKCAマーキング要件である再試験の必要がなくなります。これにより、企業にとってコスト・手間のかかる再試験、再ラベル貼付を省くことができます。   ● GB市場へのスペアパーツの受け入れの継続 すでに英国で販売されている製品の修理、交換、保守に使うスペアパーツの販売時期は、これらを必要とする製品やシステムが英国で販売された時点とみなされます。これにより、スペアパーツを必要とする製品の保守を継続することができます。   ● ラベリング対策の延長 2025年12月31日まで、UKCAマーク表示と、EEA諸国（一部スイス）からの製品の輸入者情報を添付書類またはラベルに記載することが認められるようになりました。これにより、事業者は、都合がよく、費用対効果の高いタイミングでマーキング変更に対応するなど、製品設計を調整することができます。 これらの変更は、医療機器、建設製品、ロープウエイ、無人航空機システム、輸送用圧力機器、鉄道製品、船舶用機器には適用されません。これらの分野を担当する部局は、分野別の取り決めを行っています。 GOV.UKは[news story on GOV.UK](https://www.gov.uk/government/news/government-to-make-it-simpler-for-businesses-to-apply-new-product-safety-markings)を掲載し、GOV.UKのガイダンス[Using the UKCA marking](https://www.gov.uk/guidance/using-the-ukca-marking)と[Placing manufactured goods on the market in GB.](https://www.gov.uk/guidance/placing-manufactured-goods-on-the-market-in-great-britain)を更新しています。   ＜参考リンク – テュフ ラインランド ジャパン 公式ブログ＞ [[国際規制情報] 英国 | CEマーキングからUKCAマークへ -
