[Tweet](https://twitter.com/share) 2023年5月31日、ワシントン州環境保護局は新規則「WAC173-337章-より安全な製品の制限と報告」を採択しました。 2023年6月8日付 - [テュフ ラインランド 最新国際規制情報ページ](https://www.tuv.com/regulations-and-standards/en/usa-washington-adopted-the-safer-products-restriction-and-reporting-rules-for-consumer-products.html)に掲載 この新章は、消費者製品に含まれる有害化学物質を削減し、製品成分の透明性を高めるための規制プログラムを実施するもので、2023年7月1日に発効しました。 2024年1月1日以降、以下の事業者は報告要件を遵守し、遅くとも2025年1月31日までに最初の届出を行う必要があります。 - 屋外使用を目的とした革製および繊維製の家具および調度品に含まれるPFAS - 屋外使用を意図した、プラスチック製外筐体の電気・電子製品に含まれる有機ハロゲン系難燃剤 - ポリウレタンを素材とする娯楽用カバー付き壁用パッドに含まれる難燃剤（EHDPP、IPTPP、TNBP、TCP、TPP - 食品缶のライニングに含まれるビスフェノール類 製品における新たな化学物質規制は以下の通り： 2025年1月1日から - アフターマーケットの防汚・防水加工に意図的にPFASを添加しない。 - カーペットとラグにPFASを意図的に添加しない。 - 美容製品およびパーソナルケア製品の香料に含まれるオルトフタル酸エステルの意図的添加禁止 - ビニル床材に含まれるオルトフタル酸エステル類は、1000ppm（総量）を超えてはならない。 - 屋内使用を意図したテレビおよび電子ディスプレイのプラスチック製外囲器に含まれる有機ハロゲン系難燃剤の意図的添加の禁止 - PUフォームから作られるその他の娯楽用製品に含まれる難燃剤（EHDPP、IPTPP、TNBP、TCP、TPP）は、1000ppmを超えてはならない。 - 洗濯洗剤に含まれるアルキルフェノールエトキシレート（APEO）は1000ppm（合計）以下でなければならない - 飲料缶のライニングに含まれるビスフェノール類は、TMBPFを除く。 - 感熱紙中のビスフェノール類は200ppm(合計)を超えてはならない   2026年1月1日から - 屋内使用を意図した皮革・繊維製品および調度品に意図的添加PFASを含まない - 感熱紙中のビスフェノール類を意図的に添加しない   2027年1月1日から - グループ1（大規模事業者）向け電気・電子製品のプラスチック製外囲器に含まれる有機ハロゲン系難燃剤を意図的に添加しない 意図的添加量とは、全臭素（Br）および全塩素（Cl）がそれぞれ1000ppm以上、全フッ素（F）が1000ppm以上で、全リン（P）が5000ppm未満。 2028年1月1日から -
