# REACH規制　SVHC（高懸念物質）分析サービス

REACHはEUで販売されているほぼすべての化学物質に適用されている規則です。REACH規則の対象は、化学物質そのものだけでなく、EU市場に流通する成形品（すなわち製品）も対象で、製品から放出する可能性のある有害化学物質も規制します。年間1トン以上の化学物質をEUへ輸出・販売する事業者は、その化学物質をECHA（欧州化学物質庁）へ登録が義務付けられました。

化学物質や調剤の製造者、輸入者だけではなく、化学物質を含む成形品の製造者および輸入者も登録や届出が義務付けられます。

 

REACH規則は、2007年6月に施行され、2008年より登録が開始されました。

成形品中にREACH規則の高懸念物質（SVHC）が重量比0.1％（1,000ppm）以上含有する場合、川下ユーザーや消費者に情報伝達の義務があります。またSVHCは半年ごとに新しい物質が追加されるため、EUへ成形品を輸出している製造者は常に最新の状態を保つ必要があります。

2019年1月現在、SVHCは197物質です。

SVHCの詳細は、欧州化学品庁（ECHA）の[ウェブサイト](https://echa.europa.eu/candidate-list-table)で確認できます。

 

その他にもREACH規則には制限ルールがあります。付属書XVIIに記載されている物質は特定された物質の特定製品への使用禁止、消費者の使用禁止、完全な禁止など使用制限があります。
