[Tweet](https://twitter.com/share) EU委員会は6月3日、N,N-ジメチルアセトアミド（DMAC）および1-エチル-3-ピロリジニル-2-プロパノール（NEP）に関する規則（EC）No 1907/2006の附属書XVIIを改正する規則（EU）2025/1090を発表しました。   2025年6月4日付 - テュフ ラインランド [最新国際規制情報ページ](https://www.tuv.com/regulations-and-standards/en/europe-reach-annex-xvii-entry-80-dmac-and-entry-81-nep-new.html)に掲載   この改正には、N,N-ジメチルアセトアミド（DMAC）および1-エチルピロリジン-2-オン（NEP）に関する2つの新規項目が含まれます。 N,N-ジメチルアセトアミド（DMAC）と1-エチルピロリジン-2-オン（NEP）は、双極性の非プロトン性溶媒です。DMACは、欧州議会および理事会規則(EC) No 1272/2008(2)の付属書Ⅵのパート3に、発生毒性に基づく生殖毒性カテゴリー1Bおよび急性毒性カテゴリー4として記載されています。NEP は、欧州議会および理事会規則 (EC) No 1272/2008 の付属書 VI のパート 3 に、発生毒性に基づく生殖毒性カテゴリー 1B として記載されています。 **Entry 80 - N,N-****ジメチルアセトアミド**** (DMAC) - CAS No 127-19-5** 1. 製造者、輸入者、川下使用者が、関連する化学物質安全性報告書および安全性データシートに、長期吸入ばく露については13 mg/m³、長期経皮ばく露については8 mg/kg bw/dayの労働者のばく露に関する無影響レベル（DNEL）を記載しない限り、2026年12月23日以降、0.3%以上の濃度で、物質単体、他の物質の構成成分として、または混合物として上市してはなりません。 2. 製造者および川下使用者が、労働者のばく露が第 1 項に規定する DNEL 未満となるよう適切なリスク 管理措置を講じ、適切な作業条件を提供しない限り、2026 年 12 月 23 日以降、0.3%以上の濃度で、物質単体、他物質の構成成分として、または混合物として製造または使用してはなりません。 3. 第1項および第2項の適用除外により、人工繊維の製造における溶剤としての使用または使用のための上市に関連して、義務として2029年6月23日から適用されます。   **エントリ**** 81 -
