機械指令 2006/42/ECが廃止され、機械規則（EU）2023/1230が2027年1月20日から適用を開始します。
2027年1月20日以降、機械規則の適用範囲に該当する製品をEU市場に投入する場合は、新たな法的要件への適合が必要です。これに伴い、適合性評価手続き、技術文書、EU適合宣言、認証に関する要件などに影響が生じる可能性があります。
また、第三者による適合性評価が必要な機械または関連製品では、機械規則に基づく新規または更新後のEU型式検査証明書の取得が必要となる可能性があります。そのため、機械指令に基づいて発行された既存の証明書について、新たな認証手続きが必要かどうかを、早めに確認することを推奨しています。
特に、2027年1月20日以降にEU市場へ投入される製品については、機械規則への適合が必要です。同日以降、EU市場に上市する新製品には、機械指令 2006/42/EC は適用されませんので、ご注意ください。

New Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 on Machinery
The current Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC will be repealed and replaced by the Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230. The new Regulation will take effect on 20 January 2027.
From this date, products falling within the scope of the Machinery Regulation must comply with the new legal requirements before being placed on the EU market. This may affect the conformity assessment procedure, technical documentation, declarations of conformity, and certification requirements.
As manufacturer for machinery or related products requiring third-party conformity assessment, you may need to apply for new or updated EU type-examination certificates under the Machinery Regulation. Existing certificates issued under the Machinery Directive should therefore be reviewed in good time to determine whether a new certification process is required.
We strongly recommend reviewing your affected products and current certificates.
Please note that products placed on the market from 20 January 2027 must comply with the Machinery Regulation. The Machinery Directive will no longer be applicable for new products placed on the EU market after this date.
