TÜV Rheinland Indonesia has just held a training for the managers of the PERTAMINA gas station, the State Oil and Gas Mining Company. The key objective is to improve the quality of service in every gas station of PERTAMINA in accordance with global quality standards. We are proud to have been selected as PERTAMINA's training partner and we hope such events will continue to support PERTAMINA's continuous dedication towards improvement in service quality.

The event was opened by a speech from Mr. Edmundus Wiharyono as Director of TÜV Rheinland Indonesia, and he continued by giving a brief explanation of the material to be learned by the managers. ”By knowing the principle of leadership, how to communicate and motivate staff properly, it will lead to increasing efficiency and effectiveness in reaching the result we are hoping to see in the future” said Mr. Edmund before end his speech.

It was a large-scale training is set to run periodically. The training itself was attended by a total of 909 participants from 10 major cities in Indonesia including Jakarta, Surabaya, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Medan, Bandung, Balikpapan, Bali, Makassar, and Palembang. Before conducting each training, we discussed in detail with our clients on the best way to conduct the program. Some of the topics cover the fundamentals of leadership as well as motivational skills and communication.
