With the presence of distinguished guests, TÜV Rheinland Philippines Townhall became more meaningful and memorable.
Mr. Tristan Arwen Loveres, Managing Director, TÜV Rheinland Philippines opened the program to address the guests and employees.
Ms. Jenelle Petit, Regional Executive Vice President, TÜV Rheinland Asia Pacific focused on appreciating each and every employee of their contribution to the organization. She emphasized the sacrifices, adjustments and changes that the employees has to go through during this challenging times of pandemic.
Mr. Philipp Kortuem, Chief Financial Officer, Member of the Executive Board TÜV Rheinland Group congratulates TÜV Rheinland Philippines in sustaining the growth and mentioned the plans & directions of TÜV Rheinland Group.
Recognition of employees who rendered five years in service was also part of the program, special plaques were given to them to symbolize the commitment they shared to our organization.
A commitment board was signed by employees to pledge their commitment towards the goals and direction of TÜV Rheinland Philippines.
The most exciting part of the townhall meeting is the open discussion, where employees were given the chance to ask question and raise concerns directly to the top management. A true testament of how TÜV Rheinland Philippines value the importance of each and every employee’s thoughts and ideas towards the management.
