TÜV Rheinland today announced its plan to transfer service delivery from TÜV Rheinland Cambodia to TÜV Rheinland Vietnam with effect from 1st January 2019.
Under the plan, most services will be delivered as usual by local inspectors and auditors in Cambodia. Back office activities such as issuing of offers, order placing, invoicing etc. will be transferred to TÜV Rheinland Vietnam after 1st January 2019 and will be conducted through the shared service center at TÜV Rheinland Vietnam. The company expects this transition to provide synergy in its service delivery to customers in the region.
During the transition period, open orders will be processed as usual while new orders will be placed through representatives at TÜV Rheinland Cambodia, who will work closely with the shared service center in Vietnam.
In the coming weeks, TÜV Rheinland will contact each affected customer to provide updates and discuss plans in further details.
