欧州バッテリー規則Regulation(EU)2023/1542の第11条(9)で言及されている、ガイドライン（ポータブルバッテリーおよびLMTバッテリーの取り外し可能性および交換可能性に関する規定の調和された適用を促進するためのガイドライン）が2025年1月10日付で欧州委員会から委員会通知として発行されました。本通知は、法的拘束力を持つものではありませんが、いくつかの事例や解釈を提供しています。
